ViewStar - Lot A

ViewStar is a landmark waterfront project. It features a total of 350,000 square feet of land area and 1.3 million square feet total development floor area. The project consists of 12 buildings (including a brand new City Centre North Community Centre) with up to 941 residential units parted by Lot A, B, and C respectively. Lot A – Southside features with a total of 6 residential buildings, consisting of 577 livable units. Lot B – Northside comprises 275 livable units in 2 residential buildings accompanied with 1 office tower with a total of 200,000 square feet of commercial space. Each office floor is approximately 20,000 square feet. Lot C – Westside features 2 towers overlooking the water view of Fraser River with 89 residential units. (1 unit per floor).
